Overview
An internal Laravel application for recording production and inspecting material use. This anonymised case covers the calculation logic, production entry workflow and operational dashboard without identifying the organisation.
Problem
Output quantities alone do not show how much material a production run consumed. Operators need dimensions, roll settings and waste calculations to be available alongside the production record.
Solution
Production entries combine quantities, dimensions and material settings. The dashboard summarises roll consumption, useful material and waste, with period-based trend charts. Reference screens manage materials, roll widths and pleat settings; dedicated tools support production calculations and glue patterns.
Outcome & current status
The implemented application connects production records with material calculations and reporting. The screenshot uses synthetic demonstration data only and excludes company branding. No claim is made about deployment status, actual efficiency or waste reduction.
