Overview

TeoriKlar is a custom web-based learning platform designed to help users prepare for the Swedish driving theory test. The platform combines structured theory content, realistic traffic scenarios, multilingual questions, practice sessions and exam simulation in one consistent learning environment. Users can study by topic, answer scenario-based questions, receive immediate explanations and review previous mistakes. The product is designed for both desktop and mobile use, making it possible to continue learning from any device. The platform currently supports Swedish, English, Russian and Arabic, including right-to-left interface handling for Arabic content.

Problem

Driving theory preparation is often fragmented between books, static question collections and outdated mobile applications. Many available services provide only a correct or incorrect result without explaining the underlying traffic rule. This encourages memorisation instead of real understanding. International learners face additional problems: language barriers; unfamiliar Swedish traffic terminology; poorly translated questions; limited access to realistic road scenarios; lack of structured progress tracking; difficulty identifying weak knowledge areas. The project needed a scalable system that could manage a large multilingual question library while keeping the learning experience simple, visual and easy to navigate.

Solution

A custom learning platform was developed with separate practice and exam workflows. The practice mode allows users to answer traffic theory questions and receive immediate feedback with a clear explanation of the applicable rule. Questions are grouped by categories such as priority rules, road signs, parking, speed, road users and mixed examinations. A multilingual content architecture was implemented for questions, scenarios, explanations and answer options. The system supports Swedish, English, Russian and Arabic translations without duplicating the core question records. An administration panel was built for creating, editing, translating and publishing questions, answers, categories and media content. The platform also includes progress statistics, mistake review and exam readiness indicators, providing users with a clearer understanding of their current knowledge level.

Result

eoriKlar provides a structured and accessible way to prepare for the Swedish driving theory examination. Instead of relying only on answer memorisation, users receive contextual explanations and can repeatedly practise the areas where they make mistakes. The modular architecture supports the continued expansion of the question library, additional languages, new learning modes and future subscription functionality without rebuilding the core application.
